Black Tea Tea Jelly
1.
Hot black tea in water
2.
Put a thermos cup or cover the surface with plastic wrap, soak for about 3 minutes
3.
Gelatine soaked in water
4.
Black tea filter
5.
Add sugar and gelatin to the filtered black tea while it is hot, and stir gently until it dissolves
6.
Continue to filter into another container, while soaking in ice water to cool
7.
Put into the container
8.
Cover the surface with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. (It takes about half a day)
9.
Sprinkle lemon syrup on the surface of the chilled tea
Tips:
1. The syrup decorated on the surface is left over from making the cake before. Use 100 grams of sugar and 50 milliliters of boiling water.
2. Tea jelly and mousse need refrigerator support, so it will melt after a long time;
3. The sugar can also be replaced with rock sugar or honey (if you put honey, wait for the tea to cool down and add it to prevent damage to nutrition).
