Caramelized Fruit Yam

Put on gloves to remove the yam skin, wash and cut into small pieces, put in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes

Use chopsticks to insert the yam smoothly to prove that the yam has been cooked thoroughly. Take it out and let it cool.

Wash the green apples, core and cut into pieces

Heat the pan, pour in sugar and stir fry until browned
5.
Pour in the steamed yam sections and stir-fry evenly
6.
Pour in the apple cubes and mix well until the syrup is sticky
Tips:
1. You don't need to put oil when frying the sugar, otherwise the caramel will taste very greasy and the color will not look good.
2. The fruit can be varied, either peach or Sydney.
