Carrageenan Salad
1.
Rub the dried carrageenan with water to remove impurities such as sand.

Soak the cleaned carrageenan in clean water for about 5 hours.

Wash and shred green and red peppers, shred ginger, smash garlic and dice.
4.
Wash the carrageenan and cut into long pieces.
5.
Put the carrageenan in a clean container, sprinkle with shredded ginger and mix well.
6.
Pour in a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
7.
Sprinkle a little refined salt.
8.
Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce.
9.
Add an appropriate amount of sugar.
10.
Sprinkle garlic granules and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
1. Scrub the dried carrageenan with water and soak it with water.
2. To prepare cold dishes, put some ginger, garlic and vinegar to sterilize and enhance the flavor.
3. Adding ginger in the preparation of carrageenan will taste a little bitter.
