Carrot Apple Coconut Juice

Prepare apples, carrots and coconuts.

It is best to peel the apple and cut into pieces, because there is wax on the skin. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces. Break the coconut with a machete and pour out the coconut juice. Pay attention to safety first. When using a machete, keep your other hand away from the cutting board or countertop, and you don’t need to hold the coconut.

Pour the apple cubes, carrot cubes and coconut juice into the blender and start the smoothie program. There is no need to add sugar and honey, because there is no drop of water, and the three ingredients are sweet enough.
Tips:
1. If you like to drink cold, you can add a few pieces of ice. It is a good product for relieving the heat in the summer.
2. There are two methods for carrot and apple coconut juice. One method is described in the above recipe; the other method is to add a step on the basis of the first method, filter out the residue with gauze, and only pure vegetable juice is left. I usually use the first method to drink, because the nutrition is more comprehensive and the taste is very good.
It is recommended to consume the juice as soon as possible after making the juice, because it will layer over a long time and affect the taste.
