Carrot Potato Crab Roe Noodles

Potatoes and carrots steamed

Peel and mash the potatoes and carrots into a puree and mix together for later use

Cut the ginger into the vinegar and sugar
4.
Two eggs. Separate egg whites and yolks
5.
Put a little oil in the pan to scramble the yolk and egg whites separately

Pour the oil into the mashed potatoes and carrots, stir fry, add the fried egg whites and egg yolks, add the ginger juice and stir evenly

Put a little salt out of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion to eat.
