Most mustard lumps are used to marinate pickles, but when they are fried with carrots, they taste very good. It is a very light vegetable stir-fry, worth a try.

Carrots Stir-fried Mustard Knots

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: carrots, mustard knots

2. Wash the carrots and mustard bumps and rub them into silk with a grater

3. Heat oil in a pan, add carrot shreds

4. Stir-fry until the carrot shreds are soft

5. Add mustard lumps

6. Stir it evenly

7. Add some salt to taste

8. Cook in a little water

9. Add monosodium glutamate for freshness, stir well and then turn off the heat

10. Put it out of the pot and serve on the table

Tips:

1. You can also fry mustard lumps separately.
2. Since the mustard lump is more spicy, the scallion pot is not used.
