Casserole Tofu Casserole

Peel and slice winter melon, rinse the vermicelli, and soak in cold water.

Put the oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion when the oil is hot, and sauté the dried shrimps. Add the winter melon slices and stir fry.

Add water, bring to a boil, and add salt.

Transfer to a casserole and simmer for a while, and add the vermicelli.
5.
Pour out the box of tofu and cut into small pieces.

Pour the tofu into the casserole.

After boiling, pour in egg liquid.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped coriander.
