Casserole Wheat Bean Casserole

Prepare the ingredients. Buy wheat beans with shells that are more tender and have less water loss. Dice carrots and lotus roots, slice ginger, and dice pork belly. Marinate the diced pork belly with salt and soy sauce in advance.

Tips:
The casserole needs a low heat, and don’t add too much water. The casserole consumes less water.
