Wheat Bean Sweet Potato Sticks

Peel the sweet potatoes and chop them into pieces, soak the sweet potatoes in water and cook, set aside.

Add cornstarch, rice wine, light soy sauce, and oil to the minced meat for ten minutes. Slice the garlic and set aside.
