Cat's Claw Shaped Chocolate Yogurt Ice
1.
The ingredients are weighed and prepared.
2.
Finely chop the white chocolate.
3.
Put it in a small milk pot and heat it until it melts slightly.
4.
Remove the small milk pot from the heat, and use a silicone spatula to continuously stir it into a fluid and delicate shape.
5.
Put a small piping bag into the tall cup, and put the white chocolate sauce into the piping bag with a clean, water-free spoon.
6.
Fill the "soft cushion" of the cat's claw mold with white chocolate sauce, shake it a few times, and put it in the refrigerator.
7.
In the same way as white chocolate, cut the brown chocolate into fine pieces, melt it into a paste, squeeze it into a cake mold, and refrigerate it until the chocolate is solidified.
8.
Take out the refrigerated molds from the refrigerator, fill each small mold with homemade sugar-free yogurt, freeze for more than 2 hours, rinse the back of the mold with tap water, and pry it up with a small spoon.
Tips:
1. The white chocolate piping bag has the smallest cut, which is convenient to squeeze into the "soft cushion" position of the cat's paw.
2. Sugar-free yogurt is not added with sugar, so you can adjust it according to your taste.
3. In order to make each claw ice similar in size, squeeze in half of the chocolate sauce and squeeze in, and then fill it up slowly and evenly.
4. When demolding, it must be quick, punch the back of the mold, put a large clean plate under it, knock the mold lightly, and use a small spoon to gently pry the chocolate and ice together.
5. It is very hot in hot weather, and it will freeze quickly, so consume as soon as possible.
