Celery Stir-fried Pork Skin

Clean the pig skin and cook for 5 minutes in an electric pressure cooker. When it is cold, scrape the fat on the skin and cut into sections.

Cut and set aside

Celery chilli spare

Heat oil in a pot and add anise star anise and stir fry until fragrant
5.
Add pig skin, add cooking wine and stir fry
6.
Add soy sauce chili and stir fry
7.
Add some hot water and salt and cook until the juice is collected

Add celery and stir fry
9.
Add some light soy sauce to taste
