Chaoshou Tofu Noodles

First boil the boiled eggs, and at the same time make chuoshou.

Add the chopped green onion to the meat and stir well

Season with salt as appropriate. Because I use the meat filling for sausages, the salty taste has been added, so no other seasoning is needed.

The wrapped eggs are almost ready to cook. Lift the pot and soak it in cold water to peel off the shell later.

Use a large pot to boil water. After the water is boiled, put it in the hands, be careful not to stick to the pot.

When cooking, arrange the cauliflower and wash it, set aside for later use.

Make the seasoning after the vegetables are washed. A little more sesame oil, a little pepper oil, a little light soy sauce, and a normal amount of vinegar.

Tips:
1 There is a salty taste in the tempeh sauce, so don't put too much light soy sauce.
2 After the noodles are in the pan, you can mix them with the sauce together with the sauce first, and add more flavor.
3 Choose leafy vegetables as side dishes and cook them together when cooking the noodles.
4 If you have wood ginger oil, you can add a little into the seasoning to enhance the fragrance.
