Cheese Baked Oysters

Wash the oyster shell with a toothbrush

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry in from the gap in the middle, open and clean

Squeeze the lemon juice and marinate for about 5 minutes

Put butter in a non-stick pan, add flour and stir fry (Well, this one needs a low heat)
