Oyster Tofu Soup

Open the package and put the oyster meat in a bowl. Prepare to wash. (I bought it on a certain treasure, one serving of 250g per meal is enough)

Rinse with water two or three times, mainly to wash away impurities, or it will affect the taste!

Prepare other ingredients. Cut the tofu into pieces about 1CM. I like to eat smaller pieces. It depends on my preference! Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside

Prepare a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, add tofu, green onion, ginger and garlic. After the water boils, put the oyster meat! ! (Note that you must put the oyster meat after the water is boiled, otherwise the oyster meat will be very old and not delicious!) After the water is boiled, add the oyster meat and simmer for 3-5 minutes! Add a pinch of coriander before serving! The fragrance diffuses instantly!

Tips:
Be sure to add the oyster meat after the water is boiled. The oysters are now very fatty and tender. They will be ready after 3-5 minutes. The meat will not taste good after a long time!
