Cheese Straw

Prepare a piece of pastry (see http://www.meishichina.com/Eat/Nosh/200802/30758.html for the method). Beat the egg yolks well. The cheese is shredded.

Cut the puff pastry into small strips 1.5 cm wide and 12 cm long, brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with shredded cheese, then pick it up and twist it into an S shape.

Put it on a greased baking pan, and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, medium level.
