Chef's Machine Version of Brown Wheat Noodles

Put flour in the stainless steel bucket of Dongling chef machine.

Add salt.

Add water.

Install the mixing hook, put it in the stainless steel bucket, cover the splash cover, start the first gear and stir slowly for 1 minute.

Stir at 2nd gear for a while, because it's making noodles, the dough should be mixed and dry, and there is no need to mix it into a dough, otherwise there will be too much water and the noodles will stick together. Just like the picture.

After the dough is mixed, install the dough extruder. Then cut the dough into small pieces, put it in from the entrance of the noodle squeezer, turn on the 1st gear, and the noodles will be squeezed out automatically.

Sprinkle some corn flour on the noodles to prevent stickiness, uneaten noodles, arrange the amount per person, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, and store them in the refrigerator.

After the water boils, put the frozen noodles in.

Add cold water twice and boil for another 3 minutes.

Put it in a bowl, add the ingredients, drizzle with the sauce and enjoy.
Tips:
1. The dough for making noodles should not be too soft, but should be dry so that the extruded noodles will not stick together.
2. The uneaten noodles can be sprinkled with corn flour to prevent sticking, and then put in the refrigerator for storage.
