Chenpi Lotus Leaf Tea

The ratio of tangerine peel and lotus leaf is 1:1, rinse.

Add 500ml of water to the glass pot, pour the tangerine peel and lotus leaf.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Drink it as tea every day. If you don’t have time to cook it, you can brew it with boiling water.
