Generally, fruit tannins are made of hawthorn, but I have also seen that they are made of strawberries. There should be very few made of cherries! I also use imported from Chile, the color is darker, if you use domestic cherries, the color should be lighter!

Cherries Fruit Pean

1. Wash the bought cherries and check them

2. Put it in a food processor to puree the fruit

3. Pour into the pot and set aside

4. Half a lemon fried juice and set aside

5. Melt the rock sugar with water and set aside

6. Add the melted rock sugar water to the puree

7. Add lemon juice

8. First boil over high heat and then turn on low heat

9. Stir while boiling until it thickens, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly

10. Line the baking tray with greased paper and put in the puree

11. Smooth with a spatula, 3 or 4 mm thickness

12. Put it in the oven and bake at a low temperature of about 70 degrees

13. This one is baked for 3 hours, so it’s better to wipe it off with your fingers and not stick to your hands.

14. Cut into suitable small pieces

15. Roll up

16. Cut into the size you want

17. You can wrap it in greased paper

Tips:

Bake it at a low temperature of 70 degrees for about 3 hours, and use your fingers to remove it from sticky hands! It can also be dried indoors, this time will be longer, I haven't tried it! Different varieties of cherries have different sweetness, so the addition of sugar should be mastered by yourself!
