Candied Cherries

Wash the cherries with salt water.

Use chopsticks to pierce the bottom of the cherries, push the core out of the front pedicle, and try to ensure the integrity of the cherries.

Put the cored cherries into a small milk pot.

Pour in rock sugar and water, heat it to a boil, then turn to low heat and heat for 5 minutes, so that the rock sugar is completely melted and then turn off the heat. Do not cook for a long time, otherwise it will be boiled.

Pour the cherries and sugar water into a sterilized glass bottle while it is hot, and close the cap while it is hot. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for storage. If stored properly, it can be stored for more than half a year.
