Cherry Frozen Cheese
1.
Oreo biscuits are crushed with the help of a rolling pin and a fresh-keeping bag. The butter is melted in the microwave and mixed with the biscuits
2.
Put the plastic wrap on the bottom of the mold, pour the mixed biscuits into the bottom of the mold, press tightly, and put it in the refrigerator for later use
3.
Add 30 grams of white sugar to the whipped cream, and send it to 6 to be distributed. It can barely flow. Add 100 grams of yogurt and mix well.
4.
Soak the gelatin in cold water in advance. Mix the cream cheese that has softened at room temperature with the remaining sugar and insulated water. Beat until it is smooth and free of particles. Add the softened gelatin and continue stirring. After cooling, add lemon juice and mix well.
5.
Add the well-mixed cream cheese paste to the whipped cream, mix well, and the cheese paste is ready
6.
Take out the mold for the cake base, pour half of the cheese paste, and then randomly add a few cans of cherries
7.
Pour in the remaining cheese paste and sprinkle some cherry jam on the surface
8.
Use a toothpick to stir the jam a few times at will to make it into any texture, then put it in the refrigerator
9.
Take out the cake for more than 2 hours, blow around the mold with a hair dryer, it will be easy to demould, do not blow for too long, or the cake will melt
Tips:
1. You can replace it with any fruit you like and make it with your favorite taste.
2. When demoulding, be sure to blow it for a few seconds and try it. Don't blow it all the time to prevent the cake from melting.
