It’s the first time to try DIY afternoon tea with a friend~ the chocolate lava cake with fruit tea is great~~

Popped Chocolate Lava Cake

1. Stir eggs + sugar until puffed

2. Heat the dark chocolate over water until it melts, then add butter and stir evenly

3. Add sifted flour to the expanded egg and stir well

4. Add the butter and chocolate combination to the flour and mix well

5. After filling half of the batter, add a small piece of chocolate and continue filling (I make a pie, so I fill a quarter with chocolate and then fill it in half... because I personally think that a smaller one is better to bite...)

6. Put it in the middle of the oven at 180° for 10 minutes~~

7. Use the free time to whip the cream

8. After the cake is baked, take it out and send the cream

9. Put strawberries on, or put an appropriate amount of Oreo cookies on the back of the strawberries~

10. Paired with fruit tea is a perfect afternoon tea~~
