Cherry Sago
1.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add an appropriate amount of sago when the water is boiled, and when there is a white core in the middle, change to a pot of water and continue to cook until it is transparent. Drain the sago into pure water and soak it.
2.
The cherries are pitted and squeezed. I like to eat the pulp, so there is no filtration. Students who don’t like the pulp can filter the squeezed juice.
3.
You have to use coconut milk to make it more flavorful
4.
Is the color super beautiful?
5.
Peel the grapefruit flesh and add it to the coconut milk and stir well
6.
Drain the sago that has been soaked in cold water and add it to the coconut milk and enjoy it
Tips:
Students who are too troublesome can also smash the cherries directly with coconut milk after pitting them. The reason for adding grapefruit is because I like the sour taste and texture. Cherries and grapefruits can also be replaced with other fruits you like.
