This season is the season to eat cherries. Here comes a cherry tart, which is delicious in my heart.

Cherry Tart

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Poke the cherry seeds with a straw

3. Then cut open and take out the seeds

4. Add 25 grams of sugar and soak for 1 hour

5. Mix condensed milk, milk, whipped cream, and 25 grams of sugar together and heat until the sugar melts

6. After cooling, add egg yolk and sifted low-gluten flour, and mix well

7. Strain the tart water with a colander

8. Put the cherries in the tart crust

9. Then pour in the tart crust and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven

Tips:

If you put a lot of cherries in the making, the tart water should be relatively reduced to reduce unnecessary waste. If the cherries are not soaked in sugar, they will be very sour.
