Chicken and Fennel Pizza

Prepare the ingredients for pizza and dough;

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and stir well;

Mix the high powder, sugar and salt evenly, pour it into the melted yeast water and stir evenly;

Take out the dough and place it on the panel, continue to knead;

To form a smooth dough;

Ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size.

Prepare accessories.

Remove the skin and bones of the drumsticks and wash them;

Cut into small cubes, add salt, crushed black pepper and dried red, stir well, pour in olive oil and mix well; marinate for 30 minutes;

Add starch and coat well;

Pour the olive oil that has not covered the bottom of the pan into the pan, heat up, add the diced chicken, fry until golden on both sides, strain the oil and set aside;

Take out the fermented dough, brush the pizza pan with oil, spread the dough, and pierce the eyes with a fork;

Chop the onion; cut the fennel into small sections; sprinkle half of the cheese;

Spread chicken diced, corn kernels, and chopped onion;

Spread fennel.

Spread the remaining half of the shredded cheese at the end. Brush the edges of the crust with oil. After the oven is preheated at 210 degrees, put the pizza in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
