Egg Toast

All materials except butter are mixed in a basin, and stirred evenly into a dough without dry powder

Put the dough into the bread machine, start the first dough mixing program, time 20 minutes

Divide the dough into three equal parts, knead and round and relax for 10 minutes

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, place the toast box on the lower layer of the oven, adjust the temperature to 180 degrees, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 35-40 minutes, and cover with tin foil in the middle

Tips:
1. The temperature and time of the oven are adjusted according to the conditions of the oven.
2. The water absorption rate of flour is different, and the amount of water is adjusted according to specific conditions.
3. Egg toast contains high egg content and is easy to color, just brush the protein liquid on the surface, and cover with tin foil in the middle.
4. Take out the baked toast and drop the toast box twice to prevent the toast from being deformed.
