Chicken Drumsticks and Mushroom Congee

1. Wash the drumsticks and chop them one by one.

2. Add shiitake mushrooms to soak in water to soften and cut into pieces.

3. Wash the pearl rice.

4. Add water and pearl rice to the boil, then add the chicken drumsticks to the boil.

5. Put the cut shiitake mushrooms in a pot to boil, then add ginger slices and salt.

6. Add celery after ten minutes.

7. Finished product.
