Chicken Noodles
1.
Bring water to a boil, add the dried noodles and cook first.
2.
You can take out the chicken breast meat for cooking time, put it in a small pot and cook it, let it cool for a while, and tear it into silk with your hands.
3.
Shred the cucumber. I didn't cut it well and cut it into strips.
4.
Chop the green onion.
5.
Once the noodles are cooked, immediately put them in cold water, and then pour them into a sieve, wash away the mucus with running water, and rinse them several times. This step is definitely not saved, or the noodles will be a mess. After rinsing, rinse again with cold boiled water and place in a sieve to drain.
6.
After draining the water, add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, shredded chicken and cucumber,
7.
Pour the peanut butter into a small bowl, melt it with warm water, because the peanut butter is thicker and easier to mix. Pour into the noodles and mix well.
8.
Put a little oil in the pan, add garlic seeds and fry until fragrant.
9.
Pour into the mixed noodles and sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
10.
The delicious cold noodles are out of the pot, and it's so cool to have a bowl when the weather is hot.
Tips:
Don't cook the noodles too cooked too much, they will be rotten if they are too cooked. For example, if you love chili, you can add red oil and chili powder, or add vinegar to make it more delicious. For example, fresh noodles made in the market or alkaline water noodles are even more delicious.
