Chicken Shaved Tofu

Due to the simplicity, no photos were taken in the middle process. The production process is described as follows. 1. Add oil to the wok to heat up, beat in the eggs, stir-fry, add the soybean rot, press and stir fry, add the juice or the equivalent amount of water that flows out when the soybean rot is standing still.

2. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil, seafood soy sauce, and chili oil and continue to stir fry.

3. Turn off the heat after a minute or two, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and chopped green onion leaves, stir well, and then serve.
Tips:
The scrambled eggs are as small as possible, and the same goes for soy rot.
