Chicken Shredded Noodles

Chopped garlic cloves

Cucumber washed and shredded

Add water to the pot and add the chicken breasts to cook and let it cool

Tear the cooked chicken breast into strips and chop the dried radish

Heat oil in a wok, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, pour in the noodle sauce, stir-fry on low heat, add a little water and bring to a boil.

Raise a pot, add water and bring to a boil, turn off the heat and pour in the pho to boil for about 1 minute, pick up and add to the bowl

Put the shredded chicken and cucumber on top of the sauce, and finally sprinkle with dried radish, and the noodles are finished.
Tips:
1. Pho itself is cooked, so turn off the heat and blanch it after boiling.
2. Add some water after the sauce is fried to ensure that the noodles will not taste dry when the noodles are fried. If the taste becomes weaker, you can add some light soy sauce.
3. There are many noodle sauces on the market, just choose the flavor you like.
