Chili Oil
1.
Dried red peppers are washed to clean the floating soil, and then placed in the sun for 2-3 days to let the peppers dry! Then put the dried red pepper in the food processor and break it, but don't break it too much to keep it grainy! Add sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of salt to the chili powder.
2.
Pour peanut oil in the cold pan, then pour all the spices in the cold oil! Burn the oil according to the amount of chili powder. If there is more chili powder, burn more oil! Slowly burst out the fragrance of spices for about 5 minutes on low heat! Don't make the fire too big, the spice is easy to burn and there is no fragrance if the fire is too fast!
3.
Scoop out the spices and throw them away, leaving the base oil.
4.
Stir the chili powder with salt and sesame seeds evenly and divide into 2 portions. Pour a tablespoon of hot oil on the dried chili powder.
5.
Immediately pour some chili powder, and then pour a spoonful of hot oil!
6.
Pour in the remaining chili powder and then all the hot oil!
