Spicy Sesame Seeds Mixed with Kohlrabi

Wash and peel the kohlrabi, cut into shreds, add salt, mix well and marinate for 20 hours.

Squeeze the marinated kohlrabi out of water.

Wash the hot peppers and shred the garlic together to get the sesame seeds (cooked) and chili powder.

Add oil and pepper from the pot to a low heat, stir up the aroma, and then remove the pepper.

Pour the hot oil into the chili powder and sesame seeds, while stirring to avoid the chili powder.

Put the chili and garlic on the kohlrabi, then pour the chili and sesame oil into the vegetable.
