Spicy Beef Sauce
1.
Prepare some ingredients. Peanuts need to be roasted in advance, peeled and then broken up. I use the thick dried red chili noodles. Stir-fry the dried red chilies first to get a better taste. Put the chili powder in the pot and fry it slightly.
2.
Cut the beef into small granules and set aside.
3.
Put vegetable oil in the pot and sauté the minced ginger and pepper powder first.
4.
Add the cut beef cubes and stir fry.
5.
Pour fuel-guzzling, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
6.
Pour the bean paste and dried tempeh and stir fry.
7.
Pour in the fried dried red chili powder. There are also several kinds of dried red chili powder on the market, some are very spicy, some are spicy, and some are very low. You can choose the taste and amount of chili according to your preference and acceptable level. I used 50 grams of spicy chili powder, which I personally think is quite spicy.
8.
Finally, pour in the ground peanuts and sugar. Adding sugar can neutralize the spiciness of the chili and make the spiciness softer, just like some desserts need a little salt to enhance the flavor. Make such a can of beef sauce and keep it in the refrigerator for a long time! It's very convenient to eat and take as you go!
