Chinese Wolfberry Stewed Cordyceps

Wash the cordyceps with clean water.

Also wash the wolfberry
3.
Lean meat slices

Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot

Add a bowl of water

Stew over water, turn to low heat and simmer for an hour after the high heat is brought to a boil.

Tips:
Cordyceps is very expensive, so you should store it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator before you buy it. When simmering, soak in clean water for 5 minutes, and then rinse. Sometimes there are bamboo skewers in the Cordyceps, so it is easy to check after soaking it so as not to get hurt when eating.
