Cordyceps and Deer Antler Black Chicken Soup
1.
Bring the water to a boil, blanch the black-bone chicken, and set it aside for later use
2.
Materials ready
3.
Add the ingredients after the water is hot, add red dates, wolfberry and cordyceps half an hour before boiling
4.
Bring to a high heat, add oil and salt and fry the chicken again. If you don’t want to do this step, you can simmer it directly and simmer for two hours.
Tips:
If it is a pressure cooker, it can be stewed directly. The gas stove needs to be filled with more water at one time. It is best not to add water in the middle.
