Chives Sesame Soda Crackers

Knead the dough ingredients together, live it into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes.

The pastry ingredients are also alive into dough (the butter must be melted in water).

Roll out the dough into rectangular pieces.

Fold one side from one third to the middle.

Fold the other side to the middle. Complete the first three fold. After folding, close down and repeat step 5.6 twice.

Arrange into the baking tray and put it in a warm place for the final fermentation. After 20-30 minutes, the dough sheet thickens slightly and can be put into the preheated oven.
