Chocolate Butter Cake

Make the chocolate cream one day in advance. Put 200 grams of whipped cream and 80 grams of dark chocolate coins into a microwaveable container.

Microwave at 550W for 1 minute, take out and stir, continue heating for 1 minute, stir evenly, and the chocolate will melt completely. (If you don’t have a microwave, heat the insulated water to melt the chocolate)

Add 24 grams of powdered sugar and mix well.

Add the remaining 240 grams of whipped cream and mix well. Keep the lid in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake a six-inch round cocoa chiffon. (In the picture, I baked a six-inch chiffon and an 18cm hollow chiffon)

Cut off the epidermis and cut into three pieces.

Take 150 grams of the chocolate cream that has been refrigerated overnight, and beat it to a small peak with an electric whisk.

Spread the chocolate cream filling on the first slice of cake without smoothing.

Cover the second slice of cake with chocolate cream filling.

Cover the third piece of cake. Keep in the refrigerator.

Then take out 150 grams of chocolate cream and beat with an electric whisk until soft peaks.

Take out the refrigerated cake and pour the cream filling from step 7.

Smooth the cream and sprinkle a little coconut on the side. Whip the remaining cream liquid and decorate the surface of the cake. The decorating cream should be beaten harder. Keep in refrigerator.

Tips:
1. The powdered sugar can be increased according to your own taste. My amount is really not sweet.
2. The cream is better to be beaten separately, and the cream for the noodles is a bit softer than the sandwich cream.
3. If there is excess cream filling, you can spread it on bread. I wiped another hollow chiffon and ate it as a snack.
4. The bottom of the cake can be made as you like. I personally think that cocoa chiffon is better with chocolate cream.
