Chocolate Decorated Silk Roll
1.
Cut a 4cm piece of oiled paper, chop the chocolate and place it in the piping bag. Without cutting the piping bag, put the piping bag in hot water, knead the dark chocolate to melt it, then take it out and dry it thoroughly. Water, cut a small hole in the piping bag, and base the chocolate on the cut oil paper
2.
Use the toothed scraper as shown in the picture to scrape the scraper against the greased paper from one end to the other, so that the chocolate on the greased paper draws lines. The movement should be smooth. Lift the greased paper and be careful not to get the chocolate on the greased paper. Carefully roll the greased paper on a rolling pin
3.
Dip a little melted chocolate on the back of the two ends of the oil paper, and then it can easily stick to the rolling pin. Be careful not to get the chocolate on the other parts, otherwise it will not be easy to remove it for a while
4.
Tear off the chocolate silk roll with greased paper, and you're done
Tips:
1. Because only a small amount of chocolate is used, it is more convenient to put it directly into a piping bag and then heat it to melt;
2. According to the size of the serrations, you can scrape out different thicknesses of chocolate lines and make rolls of different thicknesses. The thicker the chocolate, the more difficult it is to break;
3. When separating the chocolate silk rolls with the oil paper torn apart, turn them out one by one, and they can be easily separated~
