Chocolate Energy Ball

Prepare a microwaveable container to ensure that there is no water and oil, add dark chocolate and light cream.

Put it in a microwave oven, select 400W power, heat for 30 seconds, take out and stir.

Continue to select 400W power, heat for 30 seconds, and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add fruit oatmeal.

Use a spoon to mix well into a chocolate oatmeal mixture.

Spread plastic wrap on the electronic scale, take about 10 grams of the chocolate oatmeal mixture with a spoon, and squeeze it into a ball through the plastic wrap with your hands.

Tips:
1. The dark chocolate I use is 65% cocoa butter. You can also use your own chocolate to make it.
2. The fruit oatmeal here is relatively crunchy and can be eaten directly. Don't use instant oatmeal instead.
3. The microwave power and time are only for reference, please adjust by yourself.
4. If there is no microwave oven, just melt the chocolate by heating in water.
