Chocolate Fruit Slices
1.
Wash the fruit and cut it into the shape you like. Be careful to cut it to the same thickness as possible so that the finished product will be beautiful and put it on the baking tray
2.
The oven is 150 degrees, the middle level, the upper and lower fire, roast for about 15 minutes, mainly to remove the excess water in the fruit,
3.
I use matcha chocolate, the chocolate melts in water, pay attention to the water temperature not to be too high, otherwise the oil and water will separate.
4.
Choose an appropriate mold and put greased paper on the inside so that it is easy to demould and put the roasted fruit on it.
5.
Pour the melted chocolate into it carefully, being careful not to pour it on the fruit, and then sprinkle with dried rose petals. You can also pour the chocolate first, and then put the fruit on it, but then the fruit will not feel transparent.
6.
Put the mold in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, take it out, and release the mold.
Tips:
When the chocolate melts through the water, pay attention to the water temperature not to be too high, otherwise oil and water separation will occur.
