Chocolate Lava Cake

Chocolate and butter melt in water, I melt in water

Add powdered sugar after melting

Then add low-flour egg liquid and stir until there are no particles

The batter was poured into the mold. I used a silicone mold. The silicone mold was not enough and I used a muffin cup, which looked good

Preheat the oven, lower the heat to 200°C and heat to 190°C, and bake for about 10 minutes (the skin is solidified). After the oven is out, sieve the powdered sugar and start it.

Lava is only eaten while it’s hot, but it’s delicious without bursting.
Tips:
Don’t bake it too well, or it won’t burst.
