After heating for about 30 minutes, the sugar liquid became very viscous. Turn off the heat and continue to stir for 3 minutes

After the sugar solution has cooled slightly, you can manually rub it into a long strip. If there is a mold, it can be installed in the mold.

When the sugar cubes are solidified and hardened, they can be cut into small pieces for consumption
Tips:
1. In fact, honey is not used in the original formula, the material is water syrup, I replaced it with honey;
2. If you want to make original toffee, you don't need to add chocolate and cocoa powder to get the original toffee;
3. In fact, the mold can use the square grid that comes with the refrigerator. I didn't expect it at the time, so I manually rubbed the long strip.
