Chopped Pepper Black Tofu

After washing the black tofu under running water, cut into small pieces on your hands, and chop the green onions into finely divided pieces for later use

Add an appropriate amount of water and a spoonful of salt to a boil. Add the tofu cubes and cook for 1 minute, then remove and drain.

Put the oil in the pan, add the chopped green onions and stir fragrant over medium heat

Add a tablespoon of chopped pepper sauce and stir fragrant

Stir out the fragrance and red oil

Add the tofu cubes and turn the pot to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pot. Add a little light soy sauce and water, cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes to let the chopped pepper flavor penetrate into the tofu.
