Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Choose fat head fish or chain fish head, wash and marinate in salt for 15 minutes. When marinating, put ginger slices in the fish head and on the plate.

Mix the chopped pepper, spicy tempeh, minced ginger, minced garlic, and steamed fish soy sauce. I personally like to add some sesame oil so that there is not too much water

Wash the marinated fish and wash off all the salt. At this time, pour some cooking wine on the fish. I use home-brewed red wine.
