Chopped Pepper Fish Head
1.
Wash the fish head and cut in half. Put it on the plate (because the fish head is too big to fit on the plate, take a large plate).
2.
As long as it is chopped pepper. The chopped pepper contains salt, so there is no need to add salt.
3.
Pour the chopped pepper into a basin, pour into a bowl of cooking oil, add the chopped garlic, stir with chopsticks, and set aside.
4.
Spread the prepared chopped pepper layer by layer on the fish head, and it is ok to submerge the fish head. Put it into the boiling water in the pot and steam it. Because the fish head is relatively large, the steaming time is about 15-20 minutes. The steaming time should be controlled well, not too long, otherwise the fish head will not be tender.
Tips:
Choose large or small fish heads according to their food intake. Look at the label when buying chopped peppers. Some chopped peppers are written containing salt, and some are unsalted. You can choose according to your taste.
