Chopped Pepper Turbot

Ingredients: Turbot (1 piece of flounder), green onions, ginger, garlic, chopped pepper, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine, edible oil.

Remove the internal organs, remove the scales, and wash the turbot. The fish is sliced into slices.

Place the fish in a plate and sprinkle the sauce evenly on it. My steamer is so big that I still can’t fit it, so I had to chop it into two like the last time I made steaming.
