Steamed Turbot is a traditional Cantonese dish.
Turbot is white in meat and is mostly produced along the coast of Guangdong.

Steamed Turbot

1. Cut the fish on both sides

2. Sprinkle cooking wine and salt on the surface, spread evenly, and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Spread scallion white and ginger shreds on the plate

4. Spread shredded ginger on the surface of the fish, boil water into the steamer, and steam for 8 minutes

5. After steaming, pour out the soup

6. Spread green onion and millet pepper, set aside

7. Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the minced garlic

8. Drizzle hot oil on the shredded green onions, and then pour a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce.
