Turbot Fish with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients: Turbot fish, scallion, ginger, steamed fish, soy sauce, tempeh, peanut oil, chopped pepper and coriander

Remove the internal organs of the turbot, wash it, and make a few strokes on the fish
