Chuanbei Tangerine Peel Lemon Balm

Prepare materials.

Wash the lemon with salt, slice and remove the seeds.

Put the lemon on the bottom, a layer of lemon and a layer of rock sugar in the stewing pot, cut the tangerine peel with scissors, and put it in the stew pot with Chuanbei.

Stew over water for more than 10 hours, stirring every two hours.

Tips:
Sterilize the glass bottle with water in advance, then dry the lemon paste while it is hot and bottle it. Don't buckle it after filling it with water, just let it cool completely, so that the bottle is vacuumed!
If you drink it quickly, you don't need to hold it upside down and let it cool!
