Cinnamon Brown Sugar Baked Apples--fruit

The hand-made ceramic baking apple bowl bought at the market has a core in the middle, which is used to insert the apples. The original intention may be to bake the whole, but I changed the original intention of the manufacturer and bake a few pieces;

After peeling the apple, divide the apple into eighths;

Use 1/2 tsp of light salt water, 1 bowl of clear water, stir, put the apple cubes into a large bowl, the salt water can remove a little sourness and make the sweetness a bit thick;

Pour the water, rinse, drain, add 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp of red sugar, and mix well;

Arrange in a baking bowl;

Sprinkle about 1/2 tablespoon of red granulated sugar evenly on the surface. Set the air pan at 310°F and bake for 10-12 minutes. If the apple chunks are large, roast for a longer time accordingly.
Tips:
1. Don't prepare brown sugar for a while, brown sugar powder or crushed sugar can be used, white sugar is not distinguished, but the flavor is not as good as brown sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon powder should be matched;
2. If the apple pieces are large or large, increase the seasoning and roast for a longer time accordingly.
