Clam Ang Thorn Fish Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

The clams are soaked in light salt water for half a day and rinsed.

Let the seller handle the ang thorn fish, knead it with salt to remove the mucus, rinse and drain.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the thorny fish,
